With over 14 years experience as a youth and worship director, Young Life and Navigator worker, recording artist and worship coach, camp counselor, and missionary in Guatemala, here are some options for you!

Worship Services/Concert
With a passion for people to know the presence of God, I’m eager to come and be a lead worshipper at your church service or worship event.  I have led music and spoken to thousands of youth and adults for years.  I can also share an engaging concert for groups of all ages full of music, interaction, and humor—all with a heart to help people more fully live for God.  I can come solo, or I can work with your praise team, or I can bring a band with me. 

Worship Consultant (H.U.M. Retreats—“Heart, Unity, Musicianship”)
If your praise team is just getting started, or if you have a seasoned group, but could benefit from some counsel and encouragement, I have a calling to work with praise teams and bands.  Workshops include teaching about worship, sharing nuts and bolts about worship leading, working through inter-personal issues, and giving constructive musical feedback. 

As director of worship at a multi-staff church for years, I understand the dynamics of working with full and part time worship and music staff—with different styles of services.  I serve as a worship consultant for staff and lead volunteers, helping you think through how your team can work with higher effectiveness and joy.

Weekend Package
Do you have a weekend youth or college retreat, or an all-church gathering, or a staff conference?  I would love to spend a weekend leading music, speaking or teaching, and helping to encourage and center your team or group.  I have been leading and sharing at conferences and retreats for years (from 900 Early childhood teachers to 100s of Young Life leaders).  Again, I can come by myself or with a band.
